CURTAINS UP: THE WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FORM
Curtains Up: The Workshop will be taught by Lauren Blank and Emily Baxter, both amazing teachers and talented performers. It will feature songs and choreography from popular shows throughout the decades. A showcase will be presented at the end of the Workshop.
The class will take place at Sousa Elementary School Thursdays, September 14th-December 14th 2017. Children attend one session only. We will assign children to the first session until it is full. We will then fill up the second session. Once both are full, we will begin a wait list. Once the wait list is full, we will close registration.

- Session 1: 3:30-4:20.
- Session 2: 4:30-5:20.

- YOUR CHILD MUST BE A 4TH OR 5TH GRADER FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR IN THE PORT WASHINGTON SCHOOL DISTRICT.
- YOUR CHILD MUST COMMIT TO ATTENDING EACH CLASS.
- NO TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED.
- SOUSA STUDENTS MUST LEAVE BY REGULAR DISMISSAL AND RETURN FOR CLASS. NO AFTER-SCHOOL CARE PROVIDED.
