It may not have rained, but the festival continued! Thank you Port Washington for coming out to this year's indoors HEARTS in the Park: PortFest Event! A special thank you to Port Washington Public Library and the Landmark on Main Street for hosting the event indoors.

Thank you Port Washington for supporting Hearts PW at this year's incredible 2025 Red Party at the Polish Hall! And thank you for celebrating our honorees for their dedication and contributions to arts access, engagement and enrichment in our community and public schools! This was an event to remember!

BROADWAY ACROSS THE BAY
DECEMBER 14, 2024

HEARTS PW was thrilled to present the first-ever "Broadway Across The Bay" Concert Event on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Schreiber High School Auditorium. This special one-night-only fundraising concert featured five Broadway stars (Jay Copeland, Bella Copolla, Lorna Courtney, Nik Walker, and Eric Jordan Young, with musical director Rachel Dean, and host/producer Stephen DeAngelis) and raised money for future HEARTS PW grant programs!

We're pleased to award nearly 40 grants that enrich the arts in our public schools and across our Port Washington community! This year's grantees explore music, theater, dance, painting, photography, metal-smithing, cultural studies, storytelling, and so much more.

Support the Gina Farasciano Community Theater Grant Fund

HEARTS is proud to honor and remember the late Gina Farasciano with the  Gina Farasciano Community Theater Grant, an annual award to a community theater or arts program in Port Washington. Named in memory of Farasciano - who passed away in Spring 2020 and was a beloved member of the community's theater groups - this grant is awarded to one Port Washington community theater organization each year as part of HEARTS's annual grant recipients.
