THANK YOU, PORT WASHINGTON!

A special heartfelt thank you to all who came to this year's Red Party event at The Polish Hall on Friday, March 11! We danced, we sang, we painted the town red in honor of the arts and arts education in our community.

We're blown away by all the love and support for our honorees (Bach To Rock, Anthony Pinelli, and Sam Bombardiere)! Thank you to Senator Anna M. Kaplan, Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton, and Councilwoman Mariann Dalimonte for joining us and presenting your wonderful proclamations to our honorees! Special thanks to our friends at PACA, Inc. (dba) Polish American Cultural Association (The Polish Hall), a perfect venue for our event, Chef for a Night for the incredible food, and to all our generous sponsors!

HEARTS Announces Inaugural Recipients of
Gina Farasciano Community Theater Grant, Memorializing Farasciano and Supporting Local Theater in Port Washington

HEARTS proudly announces the first recipients of the Gina Farasciano Community Theater Grant, an annual award to a community theater or arts program in Port Washington. In honor of Farasciano, who passed away in Spring 2020, HEARTS has selected to award the inaugural grants to two recipients - The Community Synagogue Theater Company and the Port Summer Show - instead of one, recognizing two Port Washington experiences that she was involved in. Both will receive a grant of $1000 to be used towards their upcoming performances scheduled for Summer 2021.
